Hi,

as the topic says, there came up a few basic question recently, while integrating Golioth.io into our product:

  • If I created an organization via my Golioth.io account in your Device Management Web Frontend, is it possible to delete it again?

  • Is it possible to increase the size of OTA files in a paid subscription?

  • Is the ESP-S3 officially supported together with Zephyr?

Organizations can indeed be deleted, and we’re working on making this process more accessible. For now, just reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll handle it for you.

Is it possible to increase the size of OTA files in a paid subscription?

Most of our customers work with smaller images, so we’ve set a standard limit of 5 MB. However, we do support larger OTA file sizes for enterprise clients. Could you share the file size you’re aiming to use?

Is the ESP-S3 officially supported together with Zephyr?

Yes, the ESP-S3 is officially supported with Zephyr RTOS, which means it’s also supported on Golioth. Additionally, the Golioth Firmware SDK includes an ESP-IDF port, so you have the option to use that as well if preferred.
