Recent usage chart time zone localization

I took a look at the Recent Usage chart tonight for a device and did a double take because it was showing usage from tomorrow :grinning::

Would it be possible to localize the Recent Usage chart? For example, LightDB Stream localizes to my time zone:

@cdwilson thanks for this feature request! The primary reason why usage data is not localized in the same manner as individual timestamped entries in LightDB Stream and elsewhere is that the data is reported in an aggregated fashion. However, there are certainly improvements we can make here, and we’ll keep you updated as new functionality is available. Thanks again!
